Victoria Castro, 70, of San Angelo passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

Victoria was born on August 24, 1952 in Eldorado to Felipe F. Castro, Sr. and Eva Robledo Cardona, both deceased. She attended school in Eldorado and graduated at the top of her class from Kermit High School in 1971. Victoria latter graduated from Texas Women's University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was a nurse in Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Kermit. In Dallas she was a school nurse. Victoria was a member of the Pink Ladies volunteer in Eldorado. She loved music, played the piano, and read Nancy Drew mysteries. She was Catholic.
She is survived by two sisters, Mary Castro and Charlene Fierro both of San Angelo; four nieces, Carol Yvonne Sauceda of Austin, Deanna Tarango of Andrews, Cassandra Fierro of Cedar Park, and Rebecca Castro of San Angelo; and four nephews, Armando C. Sanchez of San Angelo, Donald Fierro, Daniel Fierro, and Phillip Fierro all of Lubbock.
