Amado Araujo, Sr.

Amado Araujo, Sr. 60, of San Angelo, passed away on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at his residence. He was born on July 19, 1956 to Amado and Eva (Rodriguez) Araujo in San Juan De Guadalupe, Mexico. Amado worked in the Juarez Repack for Ethicon for 38 years. On September 19, 1988, he married Rosa Falcon in San Angelo. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Manuel Castillo. Amado is survived by his loving spouse of 29 years Rosa, mother, Eva Castillo of Del Rio, son, Amado (Angie) Araujo, Jr. of San Antonio, step daughter, Chriselda Rangel of San Angelo, step son, Raymond Rangel, Jr. of Austin, granddaughter, Bianca Alicia Araujo of San Antonio, step granddaughter, Tierra Leann (Nathan) Baranowski of Austin, sisters, Carmen (Pedro) Reyes of Del Rio, Martha (Marco) Fuentes of San Angelo, Eva (Hector) Rubio of Del Rio and a brother, Juan Manuel Castillo of Del Rio. Funeral services will be 10:00am Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel, with Pastor Brad Howard, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gard
