Antonio "Tony" Leija, 56, of San Angelo passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at home.
Memorial services will be planned at a later date. Cremation and arrangements will be under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mr. Leija was born on July 9, 1965 in San Angelo to Jose and Guadalupe Garcia Leija. Tony was a custodian at the Tom Green County Library for many years. He later worked at Hirschfeld Steel, Shepherd Seal Coating, and Coverlay Manufacturing. Tony loved fishing, camping, working on his truck, and barbecuing.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Carol Leija.
Tony is survived by his two brothers, Raymond Leija and Juan Leija, both of San Angelo; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
