Antonio Ronquillo Jr. Antonio A. Ronquillo Jr., 52 of San Angelo passed away on Friday August 24, 2012 at his residence. Rosary will be 7:00 pm Wednesday August 29, 2012 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be 9:00 am Thursday August 30, 2012 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father David Herrera, officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Mexican American Cemetery. Antonio was born November 17, 1959 in San Angelo to Antonio Astorga Ronquillo Sr. and Juanita Acevedo Ronquillo. He was a devoted father and grandfather and raised his children with love. His family was the most important thing to him. He was a tremendous New Orleans Saints fan. His family will miss his generous, loving, hard working and caring spirit. He was a prankster and was very quick with a funny joke, even to his own family. He would do anything for anybody, but was stubborn about receiving help for himself. Pallbearers will be Matthew Ronquillo, Eric Rose, Adrian Asevedo, Albert (Jesse) Castro Jr., Michael Lopez and Balbino Lopez III. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Margarito A. Ronquillo, a sister; Irma R. Gatica, two nephews; Jesse A. Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez III. Survivors include his sons; Antonio A. Ronquillo III and wife, Naomi of San Angelo, Steven S. Ronquillo of Sweetwater, Matthew S. Ronquillo of San Angelo, daughters; Amanda G. Castro and husband, Albert (Jesse), Erica N. Rose and husband, Eric all of San Angelo, stepchildren are Paige Johnson of New York and Corey Johnson of Arkansas; brothers, Joe and Oscar Ronquillo both of Lafayette, LA., sisters; Guadalupe A. Rodriguez and Yolanda A. Savini and husband, David all of San Angelo, Gloria R. Croy of Huntsville, AL and Linda R. Lopez and husband, Balbino of Glendale, AZ,. six grandsons and three granddaughters, numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Dr. Hunt and Dr. Demory and their nurses and staff for the loving care and to the Dialysis center at Shannon St. Johns campus. The family also wishes to thank Mary Lou Ortegon and all the family and friends who have help us during this time.
