Armando Gonzalez Aguilar, 40, of San Angelo, passed away on June 20, 2014 in a local hospital. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor Todd Nelson, of Christian Faith Center, officiating. Burial will follow at Belvedere Memorial Park. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Armando was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Jose Aguilar and Teresa Gonzalez Aguilar on August 28, 1973. He married Diane Vasquez on April 29, 1996 in San Angelo. He worked as a rough neck for Greenwood Drilling. He loved to do upholstery as a hobby. He attended Christian Faith Center. He is preceded in death by his brother Arturo Aguilar, nephew Pepe Aguilar, cousin Elias Aguilar and Father Jose Aguilar. Armando is survived by wife: Diane Aguilar of San Angelo, children: Brandon Aguilar, Macario Jr. Gomez and wife Perla, and Nicole Sanchez and husband Isaac, all of San Angelo, brothers and sisters: Juan Aguilar, Angelina Aguilar, Sabina Aguilar, Chepina Aguilar all of San Luis Potosi, Mexico and Enselmini Aguilar-Hill and husband Harvey Hill of Eldorado, mother: Teresa Gonzalez Aguilar of San Luis Potosi, Mexico, grandchild: Yesenia Gomez (Senie) of San Angelo, mother-in-law: Elodia Hill of San Angelo, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Pallbearers will be Isauro Romero, Macario Jr. Gomez, Brandon Aguilar, Isaac Sanchez, Armando Torres, Jonas Morales, and Mandito Torres.
