Arthur G Juarez

Arthur G. Juarez, Sr., 84, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019, in San Angelo. Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Bala, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mr. Juarez was born March 31, 1934 in San Antonio. He married Oralia Hinojosa on May 6, 1961 in San Antonio. She passed away January 8, 2015. Arthur was a veteran of the US Navy serving during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He was a resident of San Angelo since 1965. Arthur worked for Shannon Medical Center for 12 years retiring in 1995. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Survivors include a daughter, Cristina Barton and husband Michael of San Angelo; a son, Arthur Juarez, Jr. and wife Celia of McAllen; two sisters, Julia Sifuentez and Rosa Martinez all of San Antonio; two brothers, Armando Avila and Richard Juarez and wife Angie all of San Antonio; six grandchildren, Sabrina, Joe, Thalia, Ariana, and Elena; three great grandchildren, Evan Cain, Giovanni Arturo, and Gracella Selfia.
