BARBARA GUNN DE LOS SANTOS

Barbara "Aunt B" De Los Santos, 71, of San Angelo passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2006 in a local nursing home. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, November 25, 2006 at Tom's home, 2209 Chapman St. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. "Aunt B" as she was known to many ASU Students, was born March 4, 1935 in San Angelo to Thomas and Verna Gunn. She worked as a dormitory clerk for ASU until her retirement in 2004. Aunt B worked at Goodfellow at the Base Exchange and Little Folks Dude Ranch and before that she worked at the Sheriff's office in Sierra Blanca, Texas. She graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1954. Attended Texas Tech and ASU. Two of the biggest Blessing in her life were her Granddaughters whom she loved to spend time with watching movies, feeding her strays or even just drawing. She loved to listen to them hunt out songs on her piano and just keep up with their school work. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Gunn. Survivors are her mother Verna Mirl Gunn; son Baylus Tom Love and wife, Debi daughter Margo De Los Santos all of San Angelo; brother Larry Gunn and wife, JoAnn of New Braunfels, Texas; granddaughters Cassandra Dawn Love, Rebecca Hunter Love, both of San Angelo; nephew Wes Gunn of New Braunfels and niece Tomasina Cates of Ft. Worth, Texas.
