Betty Lee Wrinkle

Betty Lee Wrinkle, 92, of San Angelo, passed away on January 1, 2017 at a local nursing home. Betty was born on March 20, 1924, to Frances and Margaret Colburn in Baltimore, MD. On September 6, 1943, she married William "Bill" Wrinkle in Abilene, TX after which they spent the next 56 years together. Betty was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She loved spending time surrounded by her loving family and her loving church family as well. She was preceded in death by Father, Frances Colburn, Mother, Margaret Colburn, Husband, William "Bill" Avery Wrinkle, Son, Tracey Britton Wrinkle, Son, Bruce Wrinkle, two great-greatgrandchildren. Betty is survived by sister-in-law, Jane and husband Eddie Davis of San Angelo, four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and daughter-in-law, Lorraine Wrinkle of Greenville, SC. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel, with Dr. James A. Miller of The Heights Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will take place in Belvedere Memorial Park under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
