BRENDA JOYCE FRIDAY

Brenda Joyce Friday, 62, of Big Lake, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2009 in Kermit. A visitation will be 6-8pm Thursday, March 26, 2009 at the First Assembly of God Church in Big Lake. Funeral services will be at 10:00am Friday, March 27, 2009 at the First Assembly of God Church in Big Lake with Reverend Donald W. Pryor officiating. Burial will follow at the Glen Rest Cemetery. Brenda Joyce Friday was born in Arkansas to George and Bernice Blake on April 28, 1946. She married Issac Eligh Friday on November 13, 1971 in Big Lake. Brenda is survived by her husband, Issac Eligh Friday; daughter, Gayla Friday Brown; brothers, Larry Blake; Velton Blake; Ugene Blake; Loyd Blake; Murrill Blake; George Blake Jr.; and William Buddy Blake; sisters, Dorothy Bowman and Agnes Geralds; mother, Bernice Ethel Blake; granddaughter, Elizabeth Grace Brown. Pallbearers will be Larry Blake, Velton Blake, Loyd Blake, James Brown, Buddy Blake, and Johnny Beavers.
