Dan Marie Henson

Marie Henson, 95 of San Angelo passed away Saturday October 3, 2015 at a local care center. Viewing will be 10am to 8pm Tuesday October 6, 2015 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2pm Wednesday October 7, 2015 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Rev. James Hassell, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Marie was born September 25, 1920 in San Angelo to Wayne and Minta (Drennan) Philips. She graduated from San Angelo Jr. College and worked at Talley Press for over 40 years. On September 30, 1950, she married John Henson. Marie was a devoted wife of a military veteran, loving mother, best friend and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her son, Jeffery Henson of San Angelo and several nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Condolences may be left at wwwrobertmassie.com
