Daniel Alan Hannan, 53, of San Angelo passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at a local hospital. Family visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor David Smith of Word of Life Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Daniel was born on July 5, 1959 in Pittsburgh, PA to David and Constance Hannan. Dan grew up in Austin where he graduated from Austin High School in 1977. He also attended the University of Texas. Dan moved to San Angelo where he married the love of his life; Frances Dela Rosa on April 16, 1987. He was very proud of his children Krystl and Matt. Dan had a passion for music, was a gifted piano player and songwriter. He often serenaded everyone with his beautiful songs and singing voice. Dan was a very kind passionate soul who regularly volunteered his music for weddings and other family gatherings. Dan will be truly missed by his family and friends. Dan was preceded in death by his father, David Gerard Hannan, Sr. Dan is survived by his wife Frances; daughter Krystl Garcia and husband George; son Matthew Dela Rosa of San Angelo; mother Constance Hannan Shipp of Austin; brothers David Hannan and wife Helen of Frisco; Douglas Hannan and partner Bruno Salazar of Dallas; Peter Hannan and wife Amy of Austin; sister Maureen Hannan of Dallas; father-in-law Paul Dela Rosa of San Angelo; brothers-in-law John and Patsy Dela Rosa, Joey and Norma Dela Rosa; Paul Julian and Neomi Dela Rosa; sisters-in-law Kathey and Geoff Tate; Paula and Rick Jennings; Annette and Robert Lee; three grandchildren Holli, Sean and Julianna Garcia; sixteen nieces and nephews.
