David Lee Blakeway

David Lee Blakeway, 63, of Carlsbad, passed away on Saturday November 7, 2015 at a local care center. Family Visitation will be held 5:00 to 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on 2:00pm Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Robert Massie Riverside chapel. Graveside services will be 4:00pm at the Eldorado Cemetery with services under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. He was born on May 13, 1952 to Blake and Helen Blakeway in Eldorado, TX. David worked as a truck driver for over 40 years. On November 1, 2008 he married Michelle Schafer in Eldorado, TX. David and Michelle lived in Carlsbad, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents. David is survived by his loving wife, Michelle, stepson, Paul and wife Dana Schafer all of Carlsbad, TX.
