Delia De La Rosa

Delia De La Rosa 72, of San Angelo entered the Lord's Kingdom Thursday, December 27, 2012. She was born January 7, 1938 in Wall, TX. She married the love of her life, Samuel O. De La Rosa Sr. in 1951. She was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church. She is survived by her 6 children; Samuel De La Rosa Jr. and wife, Rose of San Angelo; Johnny De La Rosa of San Angelo; Julie De La Rosa and husband, Rogelio Esparza of San Angelo; Mary Helen Swindle and husband, David of Temple; Sylvia Cortez and husband, George of Arlington; Lucy De La Rosa of Denton, 27 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Olga Losoya and Rachel Perez and 2 sons, Jimmy Mata and Robert De La Rosa. Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 30th at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 31st at St Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
