Diana M. Cadena

Diana M. Cadena, 45, of San Angelo, passed away on November 7, 2016 at her residence. Diana was born on January 5, 1971 to Estevan and Carolina (Gutierrez) Montez in San Angelo. She worked as a Travel Agent for numerous years in Texas. Diana was an avid traveler, having visited many locations in the USA and several abroad. On April 30, 2016, she married Hector in San Angelo. She was a member of St. Margaret's Catholic Church, where she was baptized and received her sacraments. Diana and Hector enjoyed going kayaking together, spending time with their pets and she loved scrap booking and sewing. Diana is survived by her loving spouse Hector, parents, Estevan and Carolina Montez, brother, Jim Montez, sister, Alicia (Joe) Parrish, brother, George (Elizabeth) Montez all of San Angelo, sister, Maria L. (Armando) Sosa of San Antonio, brother, Richard (Debbie) Montez of Arlington along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents, Jesus and Tiburcia Gutierrez, Paternal Grandmother, Vicenta Gutierrez and Paternal Grandfather, Santiago Montez. Rosary will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the St. Margaret Catholic Church, with Father Santiago Udayar, officiating. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
