Donald Ralph Hannon

Donald Ralph Hannon, 68 of San Angelo went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday September 27, 2013 at a local care center. Viewing will be 10:00am to 8:00pm on Monday September 30, 2013 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 3:00pm Tuesday October 1, 2013 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Rev. Joseph Choutapalli, officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Belvedere Memorial Park under the directions of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Donald was born June 1, 1945 in Wilkes-Barre, PA., to Walter D. and Ann (Geshel) Hannon. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force; after leaving the Air Force as an airman 2nd class. Donald he was with the City of San Angelo in the Water Department for 13 years and later was employed for 13 years with the TDCJ and achieved the rank of Sergeant while working at units all over the state. He married Doris Hill on June 29, 1981 in San Angelo and they shared 32 wonderful years together. Pallbearers will be Donald R. Hannon 3rd(Trey), Travis Baldillez, Don Hill, Nicky Patton, Ricky Patton and Bobby Patton Jr. He is preceded in death y his parents; five brothers; Walter, Daniel, James (Skip), Sheldon (Buddy) and Robert (Bobby) Hannon and two sisters; Marie White and Patsy Kenny Survivors include his wife; Doris Hannon, son; Donald Hannon Jr. and wife, Jessica, a daughter; Doris Ann Velasquez, all of San Angelo, four sons; Barry Kent Patton and wife, Frances, Bobby Kent Patton Jr. and wife, Rhonda, all Odessa, Nicky Augusta Patton and wife, Sandra of San Angelo and Ricky Augusta Patton and wife, Cherie Thompson of Houston, a sister; Peggy Bush of Wilkes Barre, PA, grandchildren; Donald Ralph Hannon 3rd (Trey), Khristen Hannon, Amanda Lynette Graza, Tiffany Nichole Griffin and husband, Corey, Courtney Rochelle Noriega, Cody Edward Patton and wife, Arianna, Dana Denise Patton, Dakota Patton, Keasha Renee Patton, Shataya Leeann Patton, Meagan Patton, Makalaya Patton, Hailey Morris and 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
