Donnia Sue Seely, age 77 of San Angelo, passed from this life on March 21, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.

Donnia was born in Cement, Oklahoma to her parents Jack and Delia Gamble Mink. She married Harold Dwayne Seely in 1966. She moved to San Angelo in 2001. If something needed to be done, she would volunteer for the job; from the Deaf Olympics, to working with deaf students at the school, and devoting much time as a foster grandparent she could always be counted on. In addition to her family, she did have a fondness for playing Bingo, lottery scratch offs, casinos, and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Clifford, Don Ray, Brenda, and Helen; her in-laws, Larry and Bertie Campbell and by her husband, Harold Dwayne Seely.
She is survived by her children, John Cannon of Arkansas, Kathy and Randy Holland of Missouri, Shirley Cannon, James and Nancy Seely, Donnia J. and Juan Robles all of San Angelo; two sisters, Sandra Cogburn, and Jane and Lawrence Smiley; two brothers, Hearl Mink and Jack Mink all of Cement, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren, Craig, Jeremy, Cory, Randy Lee, Cory, Rick, Sheree, Janis, Joshua, Stephen, Brodee and Bri; and by numerous great grandchildren.
