DOROTHY A. MARTIN

Dorothy A. Martin, 85, of San Angelo, passed away early Thursday morning at Shannon Hospital on January 5, 2006 after a lengthy illness. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 9, 2006 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor David Henry of the First Assembly of God officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Dorothy was born September 8, 1920 in Snyder, TX. She married Alfred Martin on December 14, 1935. She is survived by her husband of 70 years Alfred; one son Mickel and wife, Beth of San Lorenzo, CA; two daughters Gail Shuping and husband, Rod of Lancaster, CA and Lucille Stanton Wood and husband, Stanley of San Angelo; sister Ella Fay Morgan and husband, Myron of Redding, CA; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
