EDA LAVEDA PARKER

Eda Parker, 79, of San Angelo passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006 in a local nursing home. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Sherwood Cemetery in Sherwood, TX with Rev. Steve Fox of the First Baptist Church of Mertzon officiating. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Eda was born August 18, 1926 in Balmorhea, Texas to Merrell and Oma James. Her life revolved around her family. There wasn't anything she wouldn't do for her children, grandchildren, siblings or any other family or friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dave Parker, two daughters Sharon Lou Parker, Deirdre Eveland, one sister and three brothers. Survivors are: Son:David Parker and wife, Bonnie of San Angelo Daughter:Debbie Charlton and husband, Jack of Mertzon Son:Dana Parker and wife, Kathy of Freer Daughter:Delilah Evans and husband Calvin of Freer Daughter:Dewana Henderson and husband, Shawn of Big Lake Grandchildren:David Parker and wife, Stephanie of San Angelo, Jeff Parker and wife, Kathy of Kansas, Rick Charlton and wife, Laura of Mertzon, Shelly Clayton and husband, Jamie of Mertzon, Tammy Childress of Freer, Michael Parker of Lake Jackson, Erica Armes of LA, Kevin Evans of Freer, Alysha Evans of Freer, Aimee Evans of Freer, Matt Henderson of Big Lake,Abby Henderson Big Lake, Chris Eveland, Jeremy Eveland; sister Minnie Bailey and husband, Bub of Mertzon; thirteen great-grandchildren.
