Edgar Lee Willis

Retired Police Officer Edgar Lee Willis passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at the age of 82. He is survived by his wife, Joann Willis. He is a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on September 17, 1962, Academy Class #26. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Patrol Bureau, Narcotics Division, and Southwest Division. Officer Willis retired on January 31, 1977.
