Elizabeth Marie McConnell

Elizabeth McConnell, 90 of San Angelo passed away on Sunday February 10, 2013 at an area care center. Family visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00pm Wednesday February 13, 2013 at the Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2:00pm Thursday February 14, 2013 at Old Runnels Cemetery in Ballinger with Rev. Bob Budewig and Rev. Randall Wehmeyer, pastors of Trinity Lutheran Church, co-officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Elizabeth was born in Ballinger on October 10, 1922 to Fritz and Frieda (Wilke) Dahmann. She worked in retail sales for many years in Ballinger and San Angelo. After retirement, she operated a day care center in her home. She is preceded in death by parents, sisters; Louise King and Dorothy Jones. Survivors include her two daughters; Linda Williams and Loretta Cornelison, both of San Angelo; son; Ed McConnell and wife, Beverly of Tuscola, TX., grandchildren; Stacy, Jessie and Matthew Williams, Joe Cornelison, Lacy Brasher and Abby McConnell; twelve great-grandchildren, brother, Fred Dahmann and wife, Dorothy of Clifton, TX., sister; Alma Erwin and husband, Glenn of San Angelo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
