Emily C. Maples

Emily C. Maples, 68, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019, in San Angelo. There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mrs. Maples was born December 8, 1950 in Deridder Louisiana. She married Ben Maples in 2012. Emily has been a resident of San Angelo since 2017 moving from Gouldbusk. She was an LVN. Survivors include her husband, Ben Maples of Goulbusk; two sons, John Van Bibber of San Angelo and Stephen Van Bibber of Ballinger; a brother, John Black of Lake Charles Louisiana; two grandchildren, Nicole Van Bibber of Lubbock and Shelby Van Bibber of Iowa City, Iowa. Emily was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Judy Hafer, a brother Butch Stephens.
