ERNESTO G. OLVERA

Ernesto G. Olvera, 65 of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 4, 2010 at a local hospital. Rosary will be 7:00 PM Friday May 7, 2010 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mass will be 9:00 AM Saturday May 8, 2010 at St. Margaret Catholic church with Father Joseph Choutapalli, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Ernesto was born July 28, 1944 in Presido. He worked in the oil field most of his life. He married Concha 'œConnie'� Ortega August 13,1963 and they shared 48 wonderful years together. He loved his children, especially, his Jack Russell terrier, Fisher; who all the grandchildren call 'œUncle Fisher'� and Ernesto proudly said was his smartest one. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Connie Olvera, of San Angelo, sons; Ernesto Olvera Jr., of Sherwood, Raymond Olvera, David Olvera and Angel Olvera and wife, Selenne, daughter; Lisa Olvera and six grandchildren all of San Angelo, sisters; Dorinda Millan and husband, Jerry of Pecos and Araceli Vickrey and husband, Greg of Odessa.
