Fay Arthur Teague passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2008 after a brief illness. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Military graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2008 in Fairmount Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers will be Stinky White, Marron Allison, Will Teague, Dilmus Teague, Buddy Teague and Rodney Pyburn. Fay was born on July 8, 1922 to Dilmus Teague and Lorena Adney in San Angelo, TX. He grew up in San Angelo and was a Navy Veteran. He married La Vern Allison on November 3, 1978. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife La Vern, brothers R. A. Teague, Eugene Teague and George Teague, a sister Esther Bradford and one grandson, Jimmy Neal. Survivors include step-son Wayne Allison and wife, Linda of Sulphur Springs, step-daughter Gloria Neal and husband, Jim of San Angelo. He had six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Dawn Ann White and husband, Eddie of San Angelo and Alma Cryer and husband, Thomas of Ballinger and numerous nieces and nephews.
