Graveside Services will be 2:30 pm, Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Miles Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Frances is survived by Husband, Robert H. Theis of San Angelo, TX, Son, Robert Elton Theis of San Angelo, TX, Daughter, Marilyn Syree Charlton of San Angelo, TX, Daughter, Rhonda Frances Collier of Deland, FL, Four grandchildren and Four great-grandchildren.
