Frank Fernandez, 52, of San Angelo, passed away on Saturday September 19, 2015 at his residence. Viewing will be held 10:00am to 8:00pm Monday and Tuesday at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Rosary services will be held 7:00pm Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the Robert Massie Funeral Home. He was born on December 19, 1962 to Armando and Juanita (Fernandez) Hernandez in San Angelo, TX. Frank worked as a fence builder and for Hirschfeld Steel. On August 29, 1978 he married Debora Thomas in San Angelo. Frank and Debora lived in San Angelo. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by mother, Juanita F. Hernandez, brother, Roque J. Juarez, III; and a sister, Diana M. Chavez. Frank is survived by his loving spouse of 37 years Debora, two daughters, Debora G. Fernandez, Annamarie Garcia and husband, Epi, all of San Angelo; son, Matthew L. Fernandez and wife, Rebecca and father, Armando R. Hernandez all of Snyder; sister, Amanda Hernandez; brother, Armando L. Hernandez; four granddaughters, Joely M. Fernandez, Chasity S. Contreras, Mattisyn L. Fernandez and Maribel Garcia and his beloved dog, Dinky.
