Franklin Dean Morrow, 77, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018, in Hewitt surrounded by family. Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Frank was born to Sam and Mae Morrow on June 15, 1941 in San Angelo. He was preceded in death by his parents. Frank graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1959. He worked for GTE and Verizon for thirty-six years and retired in 2007. Frank was a car and motorcycle enthusiast. In his early years Frank loved racing motorcycles. He was always tinkering with his "hot" cars. He could be installing a new camshaft in his "409" or putting headers on his Firebird 400. Later in life he loved riding his motorcycle around town or checking out the new cars at the dealerships. He never missed a NASCAR or motorcycle race on television. Survivors include his brother Doak Morrow and wife Martha of Hewitt; two nephews, John Landry of Andrews and David Landry of Denver, Colorado; and a niece, Rachel Donohue of Waco. The family would like to thank Kindred Hospice in San Angelo and Waco for their professionalism, love and kindness.
