Geraldine Virginia (Barton) Jordan

Geraldine "Jerry" Jordan, 96, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020, in Menard.

Public viewing will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, September 4, 2020, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Private Graveside services will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jordan was born March 24, 1924, in Brady. She was a lifelong resident of San Antonio moving to Menard in 2018. She married Charles Jordan on December 20, 1965 in San Antonio. He passed away on March 10, 2019. Jerry was a secretary. She was a member of Castle Hills Baptist Church in San Antonio. Jerry was a volunteer for Boysville. She was very active in the Brackenridge Eagles of the 40's reunions and scholarship fundraisers.

Survivors include a sister, Bess Moore and husband Ed of Garland; two granddaughters, Susan Miller and husband Wayne of Brady, and Lisa Collier of San Angelo; six great-grandchildren, William, Josh, Grace, Hayden, Emily, and Tara; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by two daughters, Linda Jordan, and Joyce Collier and son-in-law, Larry Collier.
