Geraline Felder, 77, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018, in San Angelo, Texas. Family visitation and public viewing will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday November 23, 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, November 24, 2018, at New Light Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Joseph Suiters, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. She was born March 17, 1941 in Loraine, Texas to Charles and Annie Ruth (Sinches) Adkin. Geraline married Versal Bilbo in 1959. Born to that union were two children; Annette Bilbo and Vernon Bilbo and later their adopted son, Quincy (Alex) Carter. She was a very excellent cook. Her family and friends enjoyed her cooking. She moved to California in the late 70's where she met and married Robert Felder. She went on to work as an activity director in Stockton, CA., until the death of her husband. She later moved back home to San Angelo and worked in home health and private care while caring for her late aunt, Jo Ethel Johnson. She loved to spend quality time with her eldest grandson's families in California, in doing so, they spoiled her. She glowed with joy when around them. She was a kind, passionate loving mother and grandmother. Her fondest moments always were with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Gardening and taking care of her plants were her full attention. She enjoyed sitting in the sunlight and tending to her garden. Her love and passion were fishing and casino's, with her favorite place to go was Lake Tahoe, CA which she visited often. Her favorite shows were Duck Dynasty, Survivor, and The Young and The Restless; (our mom loved the drama). Green was her favorite color, being born on St. Patrick's Day. Her chihuahua's names are Bentley, Baby Girl and GIGI, she loved them so. Pallbearers are Glendon Durham, Steven Campbell, Jr., Alex Carter, Jason Garcia, Duone Cunnings and Dwight Edmonds Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Felder, granddaughter, Erica Marie Carter, her brother and sisters; T-Boy, Jo Nell Walker and Allamay O'Neal. Survivors are Versal A. Biblo, the father of their children; Elaine Fauntleroy, Annette Avery, Vernon A. Bilbo and Quincy "Alex" Carter. Grandchildren are Glendon Durham, Steven Campbell, Jr., Vernon Bilbo, Jr., Keyshawn Bilbo, Nichole A. Bilbo, Haston Bilbo, Christopher Carter and Tai Carter. Great grandchildren are Cylese Durham, Cameron Durham, Christopher Durhman, Caleb Durham, Rodney Steven Campbell and Hassony Sueing. She also leaves behind a brother, S. B. Bundage and a sister, Janice Harris. She also leaves to cherish her dear friends; Evelyn Wilson of East Palo Alto, CA.; Sonny and Sue Thompson of Grape Creek, TX. and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends. The family of Geraline Felder wants to give a special thank you to all whom have given in word or deed; a form of encouragement, condolences or a simple act of understanding.
