GLENDA HUGHES CAMPBELL

Glenda Hughes Campbell, 67, of San Angelo, Texas passed away on Friday, May 18, 2007 at a local hospital. Visitation will be on Sunday and Monday at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Glenda was born in San Saba, TX to Tommie and Hattie Mae Hughes on October 12, 1939. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School. She married Kenneth G. Campbell on May 29, 1958 here in San Angelo. She was an active member in the 1st Methodist Church of San Angelo for many years. Glenda and her husband, Kenneth, were both very active in the Confederate Air Force. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother A. C. Hughes. Glenda is survived by her son; Kenneth G. "Pete" Campbell, Jr. and wife, Cynthia, daughter; Karen Lee Rogers and her friend Tash. Eight grandchildren; Charles, Curtis, Carlton, Danny, Eric and Tommie Campbell; Kris and Jon Jon Rogers. Along with other family members; Frank and Sylvia Hughes and their two sons, Mark and Johnnie; Patsy and Lynn Garnett, and their children; Debbie Kay and Gary; Peggy and Ron Barnett; Joe and Kathy Hughes and son, Brian; Angela and Robbie Robinson and daughter Solange; Brandi, Deserie and Jeff children of A. C. Hughes. Also, a host of special friends; D. L. and Gayle Smith, Francis Sentell; Marg Murphy, and her two God-daughters Shannon and Shelly. She loved you all.
