Ina Kline

Ina Allene Kline (Mama Bear), 86 of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on Saturday October 1, 2011 at an area care center. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday October 4, 2011 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Gary Smith, officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Allene was born November 9, 1924 in San Angelo to Leroy and Theodora (Wooten) Smith. She attended business college and met her husband, Bartley Richard Kline while she was working at the Pentagon. Allene was a lifetime member of the Concho Valley Chili Club and won several cookoffs and qualified for the Terlingua World Championships several times. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of forty-four years Bartley; son; Darrell, daughters; Nourisa and Michelle, three brothers; Donald, Milburn and Harold Smith. Survivors include two sons; Steve Kline, Larry Kline and wife, Oleita; a daughter; Tauny Houts and husband, Michael, all of San Angelo; grandchildren; Tammy, Lorie, Karen, Travis, Darla, Melissa and Rachael and numerous great-grandchildren.
