Irwin "Bill" B. Rhizor, 82, passed away September 17, 2007 at his home at Royal Estates. He will be interred at Vine Street Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Irwin was born March 10, 1925, in Martins Ferry, Ohio to Irwin and Arle Rhizor. He was a pilot in WWII and a life member of The American Legion. Bill graduated from West Virginia University and was retired from General Electric, Evendale Plant, Cincinnati, Ohio, after a 34 year career. He was preceded in death by his parents, wives Virginia and Alene, sister Annorah, brother Harold and nephew Geoffrey. He is survived by sons Mark, Paul, and Jay of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister Jacqueline Bennett of Morgantown, West Virginia; and brother Harry of San Angelo. Also surviving are niece Sandra Taylor of Tucson, Arizona, nephews Gary of Port Orchard, Washington and Steven of Las Vegas, Nevada and four grandchildren.
