JAMES ROBERT GIBSON

James Robert Gibson, 74, of San Angelo, passed away Monday, September 26, 2005 at his residence. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 30, 2005 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Dr. Kyle Reese of the First Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. James was born August 30, 1931 in San Angelo, TX to W.V. and Eunice Gibson, moving to San Angelo at the age of 16. He worked for Holsum Bakery for 31 years as Supervisor. He enjoyed raising chickens, goats and cattle. He loved animals and going to the Cattle Auctions. James was a people person, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Uncle George Gibson and Brother Bill Gibson. Survivors are: Wife:Cathy Gibson of San Angelo Daughter:Linda Weaver of California Step-son:Jim Bradford and wife, Marie of Kenai, Alaska Step-daughter:Barbara Piotrowski of San Diego, CA Sister:Betty J. Gartman and husband, Kenneth of San Angelo Granddaughter:Ashley Weaver of California Niece and several nephews.
