James William Satterwhite

James William Satterwhite, 66, of San Angelo, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. He was born on May 17, 1949 to William and Anna (Lloyd) Satterwhite in Seminole, TX. He was a graduate of Lubbock Christian University. James married Virginia Neece on July 18, 1981 in Lubbock. James had a huge heart dedicating the majority of his life to working with orphans and less fortunate children. He will be deeply missed by all the lives he has touched in so many ways. He was preceded in death by Father, William James Satterwhite, Mother, Anna Florine Satterwhite. James is survived by his loving spouse of 34 years Virginia Satterwhite of San Angelo, daughter, Deidra Satterwhite of Lubbock; brother, Gary Satterwhite and wife, Jodene of Lubbock along with several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Robert Massie Funeral Home, San Angelo, Texas. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, August 1, 2015, at the Monterey Church of Christ in Lubbock with John King and Brian Snodgrass, officiating. Burial will take place in the Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home, San Angelo, TX. Memorials are suggested to the National CASA Association, 100 W.
