James "Jimmy" Ybarra

James "Jimmy" Ybarra, 57, of San Angelo, suddenly went to be with the Lord on Friday July 28, 2017 in Eldorado. He was born on March 22, 1960 to Rudy and Janie (Martinez) Ybarra in Castroville, TX. Jimmy was a self-employed carpenter and took a lot of pride in his work. On September 9, 2008, he married Donna Rios in San Angelo. Jimmy loved his grandkids who were his pride and joy. An avid Texas Rangers fan and enjoyed coaching his son and grandson. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his mother in law; Cecilia Rios. Jimmy is survived by his loving spouse of 9 years, Donna Ybarra, parents; Rudy and Janie Ybarra, daughter, Monica (Christopher) Gomez, son, Jeremy (Alma) Ybarra, step-daughters, Christina Talavera, Cassandra Talavera, grandchildren, J. J. Ybarra, Joseph Ybarra, Mireya Ybarra, Aaleyah Ybarra, C. J. Gomez, Ryan Gomez, step-grandsons, Amelio Ardoin, Christien Ardoin, Adyn Ardoin, Jayden Hernandez, Julien Hernandez and Jorden Hernandez, sisters, Irma Ybarra and fiancé Stephen Hernandez and Annette (David) Diggs Rosary will 7:00pm Monday July 31, 2017 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Mass of Christian burial is 10:00am Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at St. Mary Catholic Church, with Father Joey Faylona, officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie funeral Home .
