Jesus V. Valdez

Jesus V. Valdez, 71, of San Angelo, joined his wife in Heaven on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at his home. He was born on March 4, 1945 to Juan and Estefana Valdez in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico. Jesus worked as a metal fabricator for Loadcraft for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan C. Valdez. Pallbearers are Michael, Matthew, Nicholas, Noah, Marco and Jason Valdez. Jesus is survived by his mother, Estefana Valdez, sons, Juan (Susan) Valdez of Mereta, Manuel (Trina) Valdez of Irving, Erbey (Mari) Valdez of Helotes, daughter, Nereida Valdez of San Antonio, brothers, John (Yvonne) Valdez of Brady, Jerry (Carmen) Valdez of Weatherford, Javier (Edna) Valdez of Brady, grandchildren are, Michael (Hayleigh) Valdez, Matthew (Margarita) Valdez both of Mereta, Kristina Valdez of Waco, Nicholas Valdez, Noah Valdez both of Irving, Marco Valdez, Cayla Valdez both of Helotes, great-grandchildren, Jacob Valdez, Aliyah Valdez both of Mereta, numerous nieces and nephews. Family visitation will be 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 am on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor David Deanda of Oasis Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Belvedere Memorial Park under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation be given to Hospice of San Angelo 36 E Twohig Ave # 1100, San Angelo, TX 76903
