Joel Ramero Perez

Joel "Jojo" "Tarzan" Ramero Perez, 16, of San Angelo tragically passed on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. He will live on, by helping many, who have been on transplant lists.

Rosary will be at 6:00 PM Friday, March 11, 2022 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with mass being said at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 12, 2022 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Joel was born on June 20, 2005 in Dallas and attended San Angelo Central High School. He was very energetic, always smiling, and was always on the go. Joel had a huge heart and was always trying to help others. He loved his grandma Kika dearly. Joel was loved by all and will be missed by many.

He is survived by his mother, Lilia Ponce of San Angelo; his father, Rocky Perez of San Angelo; his two brothers, Rocky Perez, Jr. and John Michael Perez, both of San Angelo; his two sisters, Elijah Perez and Alazae Perez, both of San Angelo; his maternal grandmother, Frances Ponce and grandfather, Evodio Ponce of Toledo, Ohio; his paternal grandmother, Mary Montez of San Angelo and grandfather, John Abel Perez of San Angelo; his two uncles, Basilio Martinez, John Abel Perez; his four aunts, Naomi Soto, Crystal Ponce, Cassandra Flores, and Esther Florez; his two nephews, Lazarus and Daniel.
