JUAN MACIAS SIAS

Juan Macias Sias, 72 of San Angelo died Sunday June 5, 2005 at an area hospital. Prayer service will be at 6:00 PM Tuesday June 7, 2005 at the Robert Massie Funeral Home chapel. Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday June 8, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Terry Brenon officiating. Burial to follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Juan was born September 26, 1932 in San Carlos, Coahuila, Mexico to Cirilo and Maria De Jesus Macias Sias. He married Petra Narvaez on April 28, 1968 in San Carlos and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He also attended La Puerta Hermosa church. Juan is preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and one brother. Survivors include his wife, Petra Sias; one son; Juan Sias Jr. of San Angelo; six daughters; Norma Flores and husband, Ramon; Gloria Garcia and husband, Joe; Veronica Carrillo and husband, Eliazar; Rosario Rangel and husband, Lino; Lucero Gutierrez and husband, Luis all of San Angelo; Dalia Sias and her fiancée, Javier Cifuentes of Dallas; four brothers; Pedro Sias and wife, Josefa of Chihuahua, Mexico; Merejildo Sias and wife, Inez; Margaro Sias and Uvaldo Sias, all of San Carlos, Mexico and one sister Guadalupe Barragan and husband, Madaleno of Big Lake, Texas; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to offer special thanks for the excellent care and concern shown to them from Dr. Mohamad Ayass and the ICU nurses and staff at Angelo Community Hospital.
