JUANITA F. HEMBREE

Juanita F. Hembree, 79, of San Angelo passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at her residence. Juanita (Nita) Hembree was born on September 14, 1929 to Ralph and Frances Hopkins in Petersburg, Virginia. She married Donald Hembree in Petersburg, Virginia on December 9, 1950 and she followed her husband faithfully to all his military transfers, until he followed her on the last big move to San Angelo. She worked and retired from Goodfellow Air Force Base, where she retired from the finance department. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Juanita is preceded in death by her husband; four children; mother and father; and two sisters. Juanita is survived by her son, Bruce Hembree and his wife Glenda of Euless; grandchildren, Dawn Ray and her husband, Travis of Yukon, OK; Denita Bateman and husband, Jerryof Ft. Worth; great grandchildren, Tyler Ray; Morgan Ray; Alexis Ray and Austin Bateman; daughters, Donna Henthorn and husband Edward of Harrah, Ok; and Cynthia Black of West Jordan, Ut.
