She married Milburn Ashley Smith on December 17, 1939 in Clovis, New Mexico, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Flo Cotton. She is survived by her son and his wife, Milburn and Patsy Smith of Kemmerer, Wyoming; her daughter and husband, Marilyn and Alan Gregston of San Angelo, Texas; her only grandchild, Jeremy Estes Smith of Calgary, Canada; and her only niece, Lorraine Knecht of Paola, Kansas. Juanita loved and cherished her family and friends and lived her life to the fullest extent. She was blessed with many fond memories of friends and family and was especially grateful for her lifelong friendship with Frances Jones of Kingston, Oklahoma and Earlene Rhodes of San Angelo, Texas. She was so special to our family and we will miss her sweet smile and wonderful laughter and the love she so graciously showed us. The family requests memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church or choice of charity.
