KATHERINE LOUISE FUESSEL

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2005 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Shorty Fuessel officiating. Burial will follow at the Eola Cemetery. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Katherine was born December 12, 1926 in Miles, TX to Alfred and Louise Kiesling. She graduated from Eola High School and from San Angelo College. After working briefly as a bookkeeper at Shannon Hospital, she married Reinhold Fuessel on October 27, 1946. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Wilfred Kiesling, Leon Kiesling and Karl Kiesling. Survivors are: Husband:Reinhold Fuessel of Eola Two sons:Reinhold "Shorty" Fuessel and wife, Patty Sue of Tyler David Fuessel and wife, Janet of Eola Three daughters:Karen Diehl of Greenville SC Susan Holder and husband, Jim of Apple Valley, CA Vicki DeVilbiss and husband, Chip of Hawkins One brother:Ernst Kiesling and wife, Nita of Lubbock One sister:Ruth Lippe of Miles Four grandsons:Ryan Fuessel and wife, Sherry Jeffrey Diehl and wife, Jennifer Christopher Diehl and Elizabeth Nixon Nathan Fuessel Three granddaughters:Angie Fuessel Shelly Holder Bridget Fuessel Two great-granddaughters:Sheridan Diehl Magan Diehl Numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Ryan Fuessel, Jeffrey Diehl, Christopher Diehl, Nathan Fuessel, Lynn Kiesling, Max Kiesling, and Werner Lippe. Memorials may be made to Meals for the Elderly, Hospice of San Angelo or a charity of choice.
