LAURA MAE MCMILLAN MORRIS

Laura Mae McMillan Morris, 90, of San Angelo, passed away, Friday, August 19, 2005 in a local nursing home. Laura Mae's wish was to have her body donated for the advancement of medical knowledge. Memorial service will be held at a later date. Laura Mae was born October 15, 1914 in Welda, KS, to Joe and Lilla McMillan. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert M. Morris on March 25, 1990. They married November 14, 1936 in Pearsall, TX. Laura Mae worked as a bookkeeper for an Auto Supply Co., Lumber yard Co. in Alice, TX and at a Dress Shop in Kerrville. Her warm smile and her open arms, that were so ready to give of her love will be forever cherished in our memory. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, three brothers, one half brother and one half sister. Survivors are: Daughter:Roberta LeClair and husband, Ed Of San Angelo Sister:Florence Bell Of Austin Sister-in-law:Cleora McMillan Bandera, TX Three grandchildren:Robert LeClair and wife, Debbie Of Burkburnett, TX Renee LeClair Glass and husband, Jerry Of Highlands Ranch, CO Roger LeClair and wife, Lisa Of Irving, TX Nine great-grandchildren Four great-great-grandchildren Several nieces and nephews In lieu of flowers, the family request that Memorials be made to Baptist Memorial Hospice or a favorite charity.
