LAURRIE CHRIS BEVINS

Laurrie Chris Bevins, 56, of Paint Rock passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at a local hospital. A memorial service was held at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Paint Rock Church of Christ with Mr. Chris Chant officiating. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Laurrie was born on April 9, 1954 in Modesto, CA to Joseph and Nancy (Beverly) Bevins. He married Margo Kay Gillam on May 3, 1984 in Independence, Oregon. Laurrie owned and operated his own water service business. He also was a volunteer firefighter. Laurrie is survived by his wife, Margo Bevins of Paint Rock; daughters, Tanya Pierce of Eugene, OR; Margaret Henderson of Corvallis, OR; Sarah Bevins of Springfield, OR; Tabitha Moore of Warrensburg, MO; brothers, Dennis Bevins, Bill Bevins, Ron Bevins; sister, Pamma Shields; brother Roger Bevins and sister, Michelle Evans all of Oregon.
