Lily Christofidis

Lily Christofidis, 84, of San Angelo passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at a local nursing home. Family visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Fairmount Cemetery with Chaplain Mike Andress of Hospice of San Angelo officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Lily was born in Wellingborough, England on February 25, 1927 to Alfred and Julie (Boswell) Treadwell. She married Louie Christofidis on December 5, 1944 in Wellingborough, England. He preceded her in death in July of 1977. Lily loved cooking and entertaining family and friends. She also enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean Islands. One of her favorite places to visit was Las Vegas. Lily is survived by her daughters, Joanne Grafe and husband, Richard of Las Vegas, NV; June Liebig and husband, Dennis of Napa, CA; Pat Huston and husband, Rex of Lawrence, KS; Christine Lerch and husband, Fred of San Angelo, TX and her grandchildren; Steven Liebig, Stacy Molton, Laura Greco, Melissa McCabe, Chris Huston, Jeremy Jones, Jessica Jones and her great-grandchildren; Kelsey Liebig, Meagan Huston, Alyssa Molton, Dylan Greco, J. J. Liebig and Emily McCabe. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of San Angelo or to your favorite charity.
