Luella Baumann, age 88, of San Angelo passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at a local hospital. Family visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2008 at Roscoe Cemetery in Roscoe, TX with Pastor Randall Wehmeyer of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating. Luella was born in Claytonville, TX on April 24, 1920 to Mack C. and Edna Carlton Walker. She married Edward Baumann on October 14, 1947 in Las Cruces, NM. Edward passed away on January 28, 2005. Luella was a homemaker who loved to knit, sew and bake. She always liked going traveling with Edward to fish and hunt. Luella was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Doyn Walker, Jack Walker and Wayne Walker. She is survived by her son; E. Craig Baumann and wife, Dorthy of El Campo, TX; two sisters, Anna Pearl Grange of Kansas and Mary Boggs of New Mexico; two grandsons; Bryan and Ryan Baumann of El Campo, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.
