Manuel A Sanchez

Manuel A. Sanchez went to be with the Lord on December 12, 2018 in San Angelo, TX. He was born in Kenedy, TX. to Abelardo & Encarnacion Sanchez on March 12, 1952. He graduated school at San Angelo Central High School (1970). He married Mary Ann Sanchez on November 14 in 1992. He worked as a Shift Supervisor and an Operator for AEP/WTU/SWEPCO for a combined 34 years, as an Auxiliary Operator for Eastman Chemical Company in Longview, TX for 2 years, and as a Stocker at Neighborhood Walmart for 3 years. He was involved in St. Anthony's small church community and was a former member of Knights of Columbus. Manuel was such a loving, caring, and compassionate man. He was selfless and would do anything for anyone. He was always so humble and kind and always saw the best in people. He loved his family and friends and always had such a joyful spirit. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by (Parents) Abelardo and Encarnacion Sanchez, (Daughter) Valarie Lopez, and (Granddaughter) Rosario, (Siblings) Joe, Rosita, and Richard Sanchez, (Father -in-law) Leonardo Gonzalez and (Sister In-law) Rosie Shields. Pallbearers will be Manuel Gonzales, Jr., J.R. Romo, Preston McKnight, Ricky Sanchez, Jody Sanchez, Justin Saddler. Manuel A. Sanchez is survived by (Wife) Mary Ann Sanchez, (Son) Anthony and Alynn Lopez, (Grandchildren) Caitlin, Aidian, Arieana, and Adisyn, (Brother) Edward and Becky Sanchez, (Sister) Mary C. Sanchez, (In-laws) Gilbert and Jovita Munoz, (Brother In-law) Manuel and Janie Gonzales, (Sister In-laws) Mari Romo, Theresa and David Duran, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends. Viewing will be 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday, 14th of December, 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Rosary will be held 6:00 PM Friday, 14th of December 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held 10:00 AM 15th of December 2018 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, officiating by Fr. Joey Faylona. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
