MARGARITA GONZALES LOPEZ

Margarita Lopez, 82, of Grape Creek, passed away Monday, September 05, 2005 at her residence. Rosary service will be held at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September, 8, 2005 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father David Herrera officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Margarita was born April 13, 1923 in Pflugerville, TX to Santiago and Josefa Gonzales. She was a loving Mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Margarita was a very giving person and ready to lend a helping hand. She was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings. Survivors are: Daughters:Elecia Garcia and husband, Larry of San Angelo Mary Martinez of San Angelo Erlinda Backiel and husband, Russ of Keller, TX Juanita Lopez of San Angelo Gloria Pineda and husband, Andy of Grapevine Deloris Ramirez and husband, John of San Angelo Sisters:Ramona Urive of Lubbock Angelita of Llano Ernestina Medina of San Antonio Grandkids:Justin and Beatrice Martinez; Russel Jr. and Sharon Backiel, Christie Keller, Scott and Monica Ramirez, Jennifer Valdez and Christopher Pineda. Great-grandkids:Myron Baker Jr., Fabian C. Martinez, Kevin, Jessica and Crystal Regino, Anthony Pineda, Andrew and Abigail Valdez, Anjelica and Justin Martinez III. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
