Mary Elizabeth Aufderheide

Mary Elizabeth Aufderheide, 93 of San Angelo went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday September 17, 2013 at her residence. Viewing will be from 12:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday with the family being present from 5:00pm to 7:00pm to receive friends. Graveside services will be 10:00am Friday September 20, 2013 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Julian Falcon, of Word of Life church, officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mary was born April 17, 1920 in Mc Alester, OK to George Washington and Sally Rosalee (Holloway) Beams. She was a domestic engineer and took her job very seriously. It was said that you could eat off of her floors, they were that clean. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband and a granddaughter; Dixie Thompson. Survivors include her son; James Aufderheide Jr. of San Angelo, daughter; Sally Gibson and husband, William of Richland Springs, TX., grandchildren; Heather Byrd, of San Angelo, Jennifer Jackson of Tacoma, WA., Christopher Aufderheide, Blake Gibson, both of San Angelo, Dianna Aufderheide of Justin, TX., Parker Gibson of Richland Springs, TX., and eight great grandchildren.
