Mary Ellen Graves Mary Ellen Graves, 94, of Barnhart passed away on Monday, January 30, 2012 at her residence. Mary was born on October 7, 1917 to J. D. and Nora McCleery in Stevensville, TX. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She married Jasper Wayne Graves on October 13, 1939 in Meridian, Texas. She taught her family right from wrong. Always put everyone before herself. She loved the Lord and depended on him always. Viewing will start at 10:00am to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at the Barnhart Cemetery with Chaplain Mike Andress officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Wayne Graves; daughters, Carolyn Chappell and Janice Clark; parents, 10 brothers; 2 sisters; and 3 granddaughters. She is survived by her sons, Sid Graves and wife Ronda, Jackie Graves and wife Gina, and Charles Graves and wife Betty; and her daughters, Wanda Chappell and husband Howard, Totsy Fischer and husband Bud, and Brenda Green and husband Tommy; 35 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and 34 great-great-grandchildren who she loved dearly.
