MAY N. RAY

May N. Ray, 80, of San Angelo passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at a local nursing home. Private services will be held. Services are by Robert Massie Funeral Home. May was born in Eden on July 5, 1929 to Joseph B. and Sallie Fay Tyler. May married Hubert 'œBen'� Ray on April 5, 1958 in Brownwood, TX. Ben preceded her in death on August 19, 1990. May was also preceded by her sister, Neva Tyler. May is survived by sons Tye Ray and wife, Melissa of San Antonio; David Wallace and wife, Wanda of Comstock; brother John Tyler and wife, Willie of Bulverde; sister Emma Hinricks and husband, Carl of San Angelo; brother Arnold Tyler and wife, Judy of Eden; grandchildren Courtney Ray, Allison Ray, Keith Wallace, Joe Bill Wallace, David Lee Wallace, Tommy Dan Wallace and Sue Anne Leal and several great-grandchildren. The family would like to express a special thank you to Irene Hunter and Dorothy Haines for their friendship and loving care provided to May. Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association.
