MICHEAL NAVARETTE CORTEZ

Micheal Cortez, 39 of San Angelo died Sunday September 2, 2007 at an area hospital. Rosary will be 7:00 PM Wednesday September, 5 at the Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will 10:00 AM Thursday September 6 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Quirino Cornejo, of St. Joseph Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Micheal was born February 2, 1968 in San Angelo to Epifanio de Jesus Cortez and Manuela Navarette Cortez. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita Regina Cortez and Erica Regina Cortez and his maternal grandparents; Cru and Paula Navarette and his paternal grandparents; Cruz and Juanita Cortez. Hi is survived by his parents; Epifanio and Manuela Cortez of San Angelo; his brother, Jesse Gabriel Cortez, stationed with the Marines in San Diego , CA.; and his close friend for many years, Linda Montez of San Angelo. Pallbearers will be Willie Zapata, Glen Cortez, Micheal Garcia, Roy Florez, Louis Lavaris and Bill Torres
